One of my favorite additions to any office space is to simply add water. This can come in a few different forms, but most likely it would be the addition of an aquarium or small fountain.
An aquarium is a great addition to an office space. You can go with the easy to maintain freshwater fish tank, or you can look into the more interesting, but higher cost and maintenance addition of a saltwater tank. The fish you choose also can come in limitless shapes, sizes and colors, adding a personal touch and unique feel to your office.
The addition of a small fountain is another way to add water and tranquility to your office decor. A fountain with a soft background noise of running water can bring a soothing element to even the most fast paced office. One thing to keep in mind when adding a fountain, however, is the level of noise it produces. You don't want a loud or overpowering sound coming from your water feature. Rather, you want something soothing, think background noise. Not only will this add to your office decor, but it will also allow for a relaxing escape for those stressful days.
Another office decor idea is to add some green. Plants are a great addition to any office space. Be sure to choose a plant that will thrive in the light your office receives. If your office gets no natural light, you can also consider an artificial plant or tree. Again, this can add some tranquility to what may be a fast paced environment.
Another simple way to spruce up your existing office decor is to add new frames to your existing art. Frames come in many shapes, sizes, materials and colors. A new frame on an old piece of art can give it new life.
Likewise, to add new life to existing art, you can matt your existing prints. Adding some matting to your art will give it a more professional and neat look. Again, this can enhance your existing decor, and really will add to the artwork you have hanging already.

These smart ideas can really turn your office interiors into a place where everything would look astounding and above all soothing to work energetically. Keep in mind that too many ideas also don’t work art times, especially, if you have a small office space. You can cover the walls of your office space with beautiful wallpapers, or if you don’t need them out there, the easy way out would be to paint the office space walls with the light gracious colors. Next in line would be the ornate antiques that can be placed in the conference halls and on the reception floor.
Office decorating ideas such as interior lighting and decorating the walls with paintings can still add a touch of grandeur and exquisiteness to the office. It would again be one of the great and sumptuousoffice decorating ideas to decorate the corners with conceptual figurines, arts and crafts, prized possessions, seashells and many more.
Still further, you can go for the smart and compatible office furniture that not only occupies less office space, but also creates an aura of cleanliness in the office interiors.Office decorating ideas for furniture would ideally include credenzas, filing cabinets, desks, hydraulic chairs, and much more. It would also be a great idea to decorate the interiors of the walking corridors with ornamental plants.

Office Design Ideas
You have a small room to be converted into a home office? Worried that the shortage of space will not allow it to look good? Don’t be; smalloffice decorating ideas will help you design your office effortlessly.
First and foremost, in small office decorating ideas never plan for anything clumsy. It will only make your room look all the more small. So, go for smaller size furniture that gives more floor space to flaunt. It also has the advantage of giving you storage spaces.
Small office decorating ideas are also need a mix of small furniture, may be a desk, with a larger size one like a shelf. It immediately attracts attention and makes the room look larger. While going for bigger furniture, a book shelf acts to be very advantageous as it pulls people’s attention and it can also stick to one end of the wall without seeming to occupy a lot of space.
Also, in small office decorating ideas, the furniture should be kept as away as possible from the doors. This helps in giving a clear access to the room from the door making it look big and clean.
Coming to the colours to be used; it is not necessary to use the usual white and cream in small office decorating ideas. You can go for a larger variety of colours including bright and deep colours in monochromatic shades, which will not make the room look small. A blue gray shade is ideal to make the room look big and the walls further away. If you are not so fond of grays, then you can go for cooler shades of green, blue and purple too.
Designing the rooms with a particular theme in mind helps too. It enables you to imagine the room and work accordingly to decide what you want. Also, designing according to a theme can help give storage spaces too. Themes that allow room for shelves and baskets are a great success in smalloffice decorating ideas.
